Interactive CSR Wall

To embrace Cisco's mission to power an inclusive future for all, the Cisco Store is making fundamental changes to the merchandise we offer in store. On this week’s episode of Tech Tuesday, our Tech Expert Brian Domine will show how we utilize our physical store space to create and interactive experience to help customers learn about inclusive future at the Cisco Store. 

The CSR icons which are designed by the Hatch, Cisco's internal agency, visual represent the CSR action and are placed on the hang tags of each piece of corresponding merchandise. The back wall signage, printed by Medius, creates the platform in which customers can engage. Through the lens of the Cisco Store Xplorer, our augmented reality application created with Fankave and Gravity XR, the customer unveils hotspots for each of the corresponding CSR icons. By clicking on each hotpot, they are able to learn more about the action that the icon represents. Each icon explains how the merchandise with this icon powers an inclusive future for all and therefore, how the customer powers an inclusive future for all with their purchase.
